I have to delete my messages via IE. I've gotten used to it, it's not a big deal, but when I went to do it just now, I PRACTICALLY GOT A FUCKING VIRUS (I'm scanning my computer now to be sure I didn't). I'm so sick of this fucking bullshit. dA needs to be so much more careful about the shit they allow to be advertised on their site. It's fucking ridiculous and I only have one thing to say:

I'm so sick of dA being nothing but retarded lately. Even if I haven't gotten any of those spam comments, it spams me in other ways. I get random pop ups like it's trying to send an email, or that I "have a virus", or (my least favorite) sometimes when I click on a deviation, it redirects to an adult website. My mind may not be easily scarred, but that's not the kind of shit I want popping up out of no where when I'm out in public trying to look at a damn image.

That said, I don't intend to browse dA for a while. I'm come on to scan messages and the like, but that's about it. At least not until this shit blows over or something, I'm sick of it though. dA's been nothing but a problem for me since they upgraded - I fucking hate it.

There is a spam comment going around which appears to only post on deviations. The text is "rofl this may be relevant to your interests" and is a link.

If you get this comment please do not click the link. If you do it will send out comments like it through your account to other deviations.
Report it as spam if it is on your deviation.

If you happened to click the link please look in your activity and recomment on what was spammed, mentioning what has happened.

If possible please post a journal warning others of this issue and/or linking to this article so it can be stopped.
